煤磨热风管线旋风收尘器的改造

对5?000 t/d生产线煤磨热风管线收尘器进行改造，拆除原双旋风收尘器，利用原框架，缩小旋风筒直径与高度比例，提高旋风筒高度，缩小内筒直径尺寸，来提高收尘效率。改造后入窑煤粉灰分5?000 t/d线与2?000 t/d线差异减小到0.05%，相对降低了1.17%。     

光敏剂在光动力治疗中的应用研究进展

光动力疗法（PDT）以其超高时空分辨率、非侵入性及低毒副作用的优点，被认为是治疗癌症和各种非恶性疾病的有效疗法之一。本文主要综述了几类光敏剂发展历史、主要结构、特点及研究进展，分析了高性能光敏剂的开发动态，包括化学修饰；与具有特定细胞受体的其他配体缀合成复合光敏剂；采取纳米技术，如纳米颗粒输送，基于富勒烯的光敏剂等。基于此，指出具有临床应用前景的高性能光敏剂的基本特征、设计原则及发展趋势。     

Effect of Ge on microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti3SiC2/Al2O3 composites

Owing to the good physicochemical compatibility and complementary mechanical properties of Ti₃SiC₂ and Al₂O₃, Ti₃SiC₂/Al₂O₃ composites are considered as ideal structural materials. However, TiC and TiSi₂ typically coexist during the synthesis of Ti₃SiC₂/Al₂O₃ composites through an in-situ reaction, which adversely affects the mechanical properties of the resulting composites. In this study, Ti₃SiC₂/Al₂O₃ composites were prepared via in-situ hot pressing sintering at 1450 °C. Ge, which was used as a sintering aid, improved the purity and mechanical properties of the Ti₃SiC₂/Al₂O₃ composites. This is because Ge replaced some of the Si atoms to compensate the evaporation loss of Si to form Ti₃(Si_1-xGe_x)C₂, which showed a crystal structure similar to that of Ti₃SiC₂. Furthermore, the molten Ge accelerated the diffusion reaction of the raw materials, increasing the overall density of the Ti₃SiC₂/Al₂O₃ composites. The optimum Ge amount for improving the mechanical properties of the composites was found to be 0.3 mol. The flexural strength, fracture toughness, and microhardness of the composite with the optimum Ge amount were 640.2 MPa, 6.57 MPa m^1/2, and 16.21 GPa, respectively. The formation of Ti₃(Si_1-xGe_x)C₂ was confirmed by carrying out X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy analyses. A model crystal structure of Ti₃(Si_1-xGe_x)C₂ doped with 0.3 mol Ge was established by calculating the solid solubility of Ge.     

水厂生产废水处理工艺节地高效化设计探索

随着对环保及自用水率的要求日益严格,水厂生产废水的减排已成为发展趋势.但既有水厂用地紧张和生产废水的处理工艺占地多存在矛盾,制约了水厂新增生产废水处理工艺的可行性.文中引入斜管沉淀提升沉淀效率、取消浓缩池、使用叠螺脱水机代替离心脱水机的优化设计方案,相较原设计的传统分离式生产废水处理工艺,生产废水停留时间减少75％,占地面积减少约48％.实践证明,该优化设计方案能够有效解决水厂生产废水处理工艺设计过程中遇到的用地不足问题,并有效地降低建设投资.     

基于图像分割技术的图像数字水印算法研究

针对数字图像水印技术,通过对闭运算得到的图像再进行开运算,使实验得到的图像区域较为完整,采用4×4的正方形结构元素,使得图像区域有更多的白色像素被置为黑色,对图像进行取反操作,能够对图像区域的非连通区域进行填充.希望能够利用精确的图像分割算法,实现对复杂版面的文档图像的有效切割,在一定程度上对图像数字水印的推广起到促进作用.
